No. 67
MALACHITE replacing CUPRITE with Quartz - $375 (SOLD)

A beautiful velvety green Malachite has begun the replacement process of what is still partially a Cuprite crystal. If one had the ability to see inside this specimen, they would see that there is blood-red Cuprite still remaining within. These pieces are very attractive, and sort of allows one to see what Malachite would look like if it had an isometric crystal structure.

CERUSSITE on Malachite - $425

Unfortunately, it was very difficult for me to get the Cerussite crystals to show up on the Malachite pseudomorphs after Azurite, but hopefully they look alright on your screen. Mined: 1905 - ex Archduke of Saxony Collection
