No. 3178
CHALCOPYRITE - $225 (SOLD)

This piece looks much better in person, but sulfides are not always the easiest of minerals to photograph. Regardless, there are many fine twins of golden Chalcopyrite with Sphalerite and Quartz crystals. This piece has some minor damage.

Locality: Huaron mine, Pasco Dept., Peru

Specimen Size: 14 x 7.5 x 4.5 cm.

No. 2211
QUARTZ - $145

There are many sharp, highly lustrous, gem Quartz crystals that make this specimen so attractive with great aesthetics, not to mention that there are two crystals which grew exactly the same length and totally parallel to one another. It appears to be one half of a "Japan-Law" twin. Unfortunatley, there are some damaged crystals, but this piece is unique.

Locality: Mundo Nuevo mine, La Libertad Dept., Peru

Specimen Size: 6.5 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm.
