No. 2211 - $ 145.00

QUARTZ

Locality: Mundo Nuevo mine, La Libertad Dept., Peru

Specimen Size: 6.5 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm (small cabinet)

There are many sharp, highly lustrous, gem Quartz crystals that make this specimen so attractive with great aesthetics, not to mention that there are two crystals which grew exactly the same length and totally parallel to one another. It appears to be one half of a "Japan-Law" twin. Unfortunately, there are some damaged crystals, but this piece is unique.

No. 1665 - $ 475.00

TETRAHEDRITE with Calcite and Quartz

Locality: Casapalca mine, Lima Dept., Peru

Specimen Size: 8 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm (small cabinet)

Very large, lustrous, sharp crystals of Tetrahedrite associated with Calcite and Quartz. As you can see from the pictures, there is a minor "dusting" of Pyrite crystals on the Tetrahedrite. This is not iron staining, but a minor deposition.
