This is a great miniature size specimen. A classic association of a pinkish-red Rhodochrosite crystal on Quartz with Sphalerite. The Rhodochrosite crystal itself has fantastic luster and is incredibly sharp. The rhomb has a unique appearance as the crystal's faces are "built up" in the back like a set of stairs. Few pieces exist of this size and quality from the Sunnyside mine.
